The Stackback series of flies which spawned this range of Boobies have come to us via Charles Jardine. The original series were ideally suited to pulling at fast pace on stillwaters as opposed to the Booby range which is designed to be fished either completely static or as a very slowly retrieved pattern. Their use of bright Booby eyes, fluorescence and Fritz combined with a highly mobile wing and tail of Marabou ensure that even at slow paced or no paced retrieves that the pattern still emits a living profile. Fish them oh high-density lines and short leaders for best results.
